I am a performance driven senior management professional with over 25 years of multifunctional experience across various domain.

When was your company established? What was the inspiration behind starting the Brmaja?

Brmaja was born out of a desire to empower businesses to leverage the power of technology to reach their goals. We believe that technology should be used to create solutions that drive efficiency, increase productivity, and help businesses succeed. We saw a need in the market for a Brmaja Company that could provide businesses with innovative technology solutions and, therefore, we were inspired to launch our IT high tech company to fill that gap. We strive to remain ahead of the curve and create solutions that can help businesses reach their fullest potential.

Would you kindly describe the services and goods your business offers? What makes your Products/Services different from your competitors?

Brmaja Company proudly offers an extensive range of services and goods that are tailored to suit a wide variety of businesses and individual needs. 

Our products and services are distinguished from our competitors by our commitment to quality and customer service. Our team is highly knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing the best possible solutions for each individual customer. We use the latest technology, tools, and techniques to ensure that our solutions are comprehensive, secure, and efficient. We also provide frequent updates and support to ensure that our customers have the most up-to-date solutions available. 

We are also committed to providing excellent customer service. Our knowledgeable and friendly technical staff are available to help and provide assistance whenever needed. We take the time to listen to our customers’ needs and provide the best possible solutions that fit within their budget.

Our main focus today is to have the agility, readiness, and mobilisation at the necessary capacity to address the tremendous speed of demands driven by the ambitions of the new leaders of this region.

What is your long-term Strategic Vision for your Brmaja company? How did you help your employees connect to that vision?

Our long-term strategic vision for Brmaja is to become a leading provider of custom software  and technological solutions  We have done this by providing our employees with the necessary resources and training to empower them to strive for excellence in their work. We also have a clear mission statement that helps guide our team towards our vision.

Additionally, we have created an environment where all employees are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback to help us reach our goals. We have also implemented regular meetings where our team can discuss progress and give feedback to each other, helping to further increase our collective understanding of the Brmaja Company’s vision and how to reach it. Ultimately, our strategic vision is to provide our customers with the best possible services and solutions that are tailored to their individual needs.

What do you think are the biggest challenges your industry is facing right now or might face in the coming years?

IT-Technology projects face a number of challenges in the present and in the foreseeable future. One of the biggest challenges is the rapid nature of technological advances, which can lead to technical issues or difficulty adapting to changes. Additionally, there is the issue of security and privacy, as data breaches and malware attacks are becoming more and more common. Additionally, projects often require a high level of interoperability between hardware and software, which can be difficult to achieve. Finally, there is the challenge of cost, as technology projects can require a high initial investment.

What are your goals for the next three to five years? What priorities will help you achieve them? What barriers are in your way?

Our goal for the next three to five years is to become a leader in the IT industry by providing high-quality, innovative services and solutions to our clients. To achieve this goal, our priorities are to continuously expand our knowledge base of technology, develop new products and services that meet customer needs, and create and maintain long-term relationships with our partners. 

Barriers that we may face in achieving our goals include a lack of resources, competition, and a fluctuating market. To overcome such obstacles, we plan to take proactive steps such as diversifying our product range, investing in research and development, and forming strategic alliances with industry leaders.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of your Brmaja right now? What’s the most important risk you took and why?

Our biggest strength right now is our team of highly experienced and capable professionals. We understand the importance of delivering quality content and strive to provide it in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We are also committed to providing prompt customer service, so that our customers can receive the best possible experience.

When I have tried to expand my business I took a big risk by enlarging infrastructure and hire a high level executive employees. There was no assurance that our business would be a success or that I would be able to recoup the costs, so this was a risk.

We made investments in the most cutting-edge hardware and software so that we could provide our clients with a solid and dependable product.

Despite the dangers, the decision paid off as the market accepted our items favorably.

We were able to make enough money to establish a prosperous Brmaja company.

How do you feel traits like empathy and vulnerability play a role in your leadership?

Traits like empathy and vulnerability are essential for effective leadership. Empathy allows a leader to understand what their team members are dealing with, which can help them identify areas for improvement and make decisions that take into account the feelings and perspectives of their team. 

Vulnerability is a key trait for any leader, as it allows them to be open and honest with their team, which builds trust and mutual respect. Through this trust, team members are more likely to follow the leader, which in turn allows for better communication and implementation of ideas. Additionally, being open and vulnerable conveys a sense of authenticity, which is an important aspect of a good leader.

What steps do you take to guarantee workplace motivation and productivity? How do you respond to disagreements and criticism?

To guarantee workplace motivation and productivity, it’s important to create a positive working environment with clear expectations and effective communication. This means setting up team meetings, performance goals, and offering recognition for a job well done.

It is also important to keep an open dialogue to ensure that everyone’s ideas are heard and respected. If disagreements or criticism arise, it is important to listen and respond with an open mind. Allow team members to express their opinion, and try to find a compromise if possible. It’s also important to set boundaries and establish a code of conduct that all team members must follow. 

Finally, maintain a culture of trust and respect, which will help ensure that disagreements or criticism are dealt with in a constructive and effective manner.

How do you ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction? How much does the company’s strategy change as a result of client feedback?

To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, companies must focus on providing excellent customer service and experiences. This means listening to customer feedback and responding to it in a timely, positive, and meaningful way. Additionally, companies should strive to keep up with industry trends and incorporate the latest technology into their service offerings to stay ahead of the competition. 

To effectively act on customer feedback, companies should establish a process to collect and analyze feedback. This can involve surveys, online reviews, and focus groups. Companies should also consider investing in customer service technology such as AI-powered chatbots and automated service tickets. This allows companies to quickly respond to customer inquiries and follow up with customers in a timely manner.

The strategy of a company can change drastically as a result of customer feedback. Companies should use customer feedback to inform their decisions about product and service development, marketing, customer service, and more.
